Bentley OpenUtilities Designer and Bentley OpenUtilities Map offers users the ability to edit and review the electric network using its own graphical tools as well as tools it inherits from MicroStation and Bentley Map.

Modifications can be either graphical, i.e. manipulating features in the GIS view, or non-graphical, e.g. when using the feature editor.

The Feature Editor allows the user to review and modify the non-graphic attributes and relationships of an Electric feature.
